Dear Homeowners,
We want to share an important update regarding HOA dues payments and upcoming community developments.
New Payment Instructions
Effective immediately, HOA dues should no longer be paid to Diversified Management. If you have an autopayment set up through their portal, please deactivate it as soon as possible to avoid any unintended payments.
Moving forward, all HOA payments should be made to Realta. You should have already received communications via mail with further details. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at southnewportlb@gmail.com.
