UPDATE: Security Notice

Dear South Newport Residents,

Because of the stolen garage clicker, the south garage gate sensor will need to be reprogrammed. And the residents who park in our south garage will need their remotes recoded. This south garage gate sensor will be reprogrammed this coming Wednesday 6/18, after 3pm. We will have SNHOA board members onsite Wednesday, 6/18...between 4pm-7pm to assist any residents that might need help to recode your personal car remote (clicker). 

Curtis from Realta has already emailed the SNHOA owners with the new remote code, that will be activated on 6/18 after 3pm-ish. Renters who park in our south garage are asked to contact your owner for the new remote code or please contact Curtis at: (310) 870-0393 or email him at: curtis@realtamgmt.com

All residents who park in the north garage will not need to recode your garage remote at this time.
