We want to take a moment to thank you for being part of the South Newport community. Your efforts to keep our shared spaces clean and welcoming are greatly appreciated. Recently, we've noticed an increase in discarded belongings left in the garage and common areas. While we understand the good intentions behind leaving these items for others to use, we must address a few important points regarding this practice.
No Discarded Items in Common Areas
Leaving items in the entry way of the garage or other common areas is not permitted. Any discarded items will be removed and disposed of in the garbage bins as soon as they are found. This policy ensures that our shared spaces remain clean, safe, and free from clutter.
Proper Donation Methods
If you have items you wish to donate, there are many organizations that would gladly accept them. Below is a list of organizations where you can donate your belongings.
