All pets must be kept on a leash at all times when in any shared space within the community. This includes hallways, courtyards, the elevator and lobby, and any other areas designated as common areas.

Specifically, any violation of the leash requirement may incur a $50 penalty. This fee is intended not as a punitive measure, but rather as a means of reinforcing the importance of adhering to community guidelines for the well-being of all.
